Who we are
CityVibe (cityvibe.ro) is run by FIDENS SRL, CUI (tax ID) RO15535908, Trade Register number J12/1717/2003, registered office Cluj-Napoca (“we”). You can write to hello@fidens.ro; all contact details are on the Contact page. By using the site, you accept these terms.
What CityVibe is
CityVibe is a free site that brings together events in Romania’s cities: concerts, shows, workshops and more. The information comes from public sources, mainly ticket sites, and our team adds some events. Events marked “Featured” are picked by our team; nobody pays for them. If we ever promote events for a fee, we will mark them clearly as “Promoted” and add the rules for organisers here first.
We do not sell tickets. The tickets button takes you to the seller’s site, where you buy under its terms; we are not a party to that contract and cannot handle payments, refunds or ticket changes.
How accurate the information is
We take care with the event details, but they come from organisers and sellers and can change or be wrong: the date, time, price, venue or even whether the event still takes place. The organiser is responsible for the event and its changes. Before you go or buy, check the details on the organiser’s or seller’s site. If you spot a mistake, tell us.
Texts, images and removal requests
Event descriptions and posters belong to the organisers or to whoever holds the rights to them. We show them only to present the events. The CityVibe name, logo and design are ours.
If you are an organiser, performer or rights holder and want us to correct or remove an event, a text, an image or your name, write to hello@fidens.ro with the page address and what needs to change. We will answer as soon as we can.
How you may use the site
You may use CityVibe free of charge, for personal purposes. Please do not:
- copy the site’s content automatically (scraping) or load the servers with many requests;
- use the site’s technical interfaces (API) for anything other than showing its pages;
- try to get around the site’s limits or into the administration pages;
- send harmful code or try to break the site;
- use the site for anything illegal.
We may block access for anyone who does not follow these rules.
Alerts
Alerts (notifications) are optional and free. You turn them on and off on the Alerts page or in your browser settings. We may change or stop them, for example if the browser’s notification service no longer accepts them. We send alerts with offers (commercial communications) only if you turn them on separately. What data we use for them is in the privacy policy.
Links to other sites
The site links to ticket sellers, organisers, Google Maps and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or for how they use your data; their own rules apply there.
Availability
We offer the site as it is. We try to keep it running, but it may be down for maintenance or because of technical problems. As it is free, we may change it or stop it, in whole or in part.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from using the information on the site, from an event being changed or cancelled, from purchases made on other sites or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
Your data
How we use data, cookies included, is in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If a disagreement comes up, write to us first: we will try to settle it amicably. If we cannot, the dispute goes to the competent Romanian courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the rights the law of the country where you live gives you.
Changes
We may change these terms; we then change the date at the top and announce important changes on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
